Service Levels

Level 1: Essential Support

  • Basic Fee: €100/month (includes the first 5 calls)
  • Services Included:
    • 24/7 management of calls, messages, and emails
    • We handle all inquiries, filter questions, and only contact you when necessary
    • Monthly detailed report and invoice
  • Additional Charges:
    • €20/hour after 5 contacts (€5 per 15 minutes of active work)

Level 2: Comprehensive Support

  • Basic Fee: €200/month (includes the first 5 calls)
  • Services Included:
    • Everything in Level 1, plus:
    • Handling of check-ins and check-outs
    • Provision of welcome fruits, drinks, and fulfilling special guest requests (e.g., baby crib, high chair, pet bed, grocery shopping)
  • Additional Charges:
    • €20/hour after 5 contacts (€5 per 15 minutes of active work)
    • €60 per check-in/check-out (€50 extra for night-time arrivals)

Level 3: Full-Service Management

  • Basic Fee: €300/month (includes the first 5 calls)
  • Services Included:
    • Everything in Level 2, plus:
    • Complete management of all guest issues, including maintenance between stays
    • Problem-solving for anything from blocked drains to lost keys or broken items
  • Additional Charges:
    • €20/hour after 5 contacts (€5 per 15 minutes of active work)
    • €60 per check-in/check-out (€50 extra for night-time arrivals)
    • €25/hour for handyman services
    • We call specialists when necessary, they invoice the work directly

  • Commission: 25% of the rental price + hourly charges for cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

Long-Term Rental

  • We offer fixed-price rental agreements for 2-5 years, ensuring a steady income for you.
  • We manage all maintenance and improvements, renting out the property for high-quality holiday or long-term stays.
